Cancellation & |Refund  Policy

 

Cancellation of a course (if you cancel your course) All deposit's are Non-refundable and Non-transferable.

A deposit is to secure your place on a course therefore no other student can take that place, the deposit also contributes to payment for access to course material.

 

Should you request to cancel a course up to 14 days before the course start date, the deposit amount will be retained from your payment and the remainder refunded.

 

No date change 7 days before course start date.

 

A minimum of 2 students are required to run a course, UNLESS, you have paid for ONE2ONE TUITION. Some of our courses may require a higher minimum number to run. (Please check the course details) This is so you have a practice partner to work with on the day. We will reschedule and move you to the next available course date.In the event the course does not run due to insufficient numbers.

 

In the unlikely event your course is cancelled last minute by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered alternative dates or venue. If you cannot attend this date your tutor or training school will refund the course fee if this has been paid. Holistic Beauty Training will not be responsible for any accommodation or travelling costs that students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

 

NB: Course payment - In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later course will be considered at our discretion. Courses transferred will incur an admin fee of £15, otherwise the above charges will apply.
